Bringing your campaign in.
No integrations, no passwords, nothing to install. Everything below ends the same way: paste it into the harvest, and Inergy proposes entries you confirm one by one.
Most of what you'll want is text, and most of it isn't in your VTT. Start with wherever you actually write.
Google Docs. Open the doc, select all, copy. Paste it in. If you've got twenty docs, do them one at a time — the harvest links what it finds across all of them.
Obsidian, Notion, OneNote. Same thing. Open the note, select all, copy, paste. Obsidian notes are plain text files on your disk, so you can also open the vault folder and copy from there.
World Anvil. Open an article, copy the text, paste it in. Articles are where the world lives, so start there and leave the maps.
Foundry. Your journal entries are the part worth bringing. Open one, copy the text, paste it in. For a lot of entries, right-click one in the sidebar and choose Export Data — you'll get a file you can open and copy from. Leave the scenes and tokens where they are. That's the body, and it stays in Foundry. Actors are different — see "Characters" below.
Roll20. Handouts and character bios hold the words. Open each one, copy the text, paste it in. Roll20 doesn't export in bulk, so this is the slowest of the five — a long campaign might take an evening. It's still faster than retyping it.
Characters. The harvest takes characters and their powers too, not just the world. Paste a character's sheet text — name, abilities, spells, whatever they can do — and Inergy proposes the character with their powers attached.
One condition. When you create the campaign, pick the pool your game uses for those powers: spell slots, Pathfinder's, or a percentage pool. The harvest builds the powers to match whatever you picked, so choose it before you paste, not after.
A notebook. Photograph the pages and type up the ones that matter. The harvest doesn't need clean prose; it needs the names and what happened to them.
What not to bring. Maps, tokens, dice macros. Inergy doesn't hold those and doesn't want to. Your VTT is the body. This is the brain. Characters are the exception, because a character is memory, not geometry.
