Wherever the game actually happens.

At a table with a TV. Over Foundry or Roll20 on the other monitor. Everyone on their own laptop in four time zones.

Inergy doesn't replace your VTT and doesn't plug into it. Think of it the other way round: your VTT is the body — the map, the grid, the tokens, the dice. Inergy is the brain. It holds the world, the record, and the recap. You're the nervous system in between, the same as you always were.

In person, one microphone hears the room. Online, each player's own mic feeds the record from wherever they are.

Everyone has a phone out anyway. Inergy gives them something to do. Your players get the in-character channels, the record as it's written, what they're carrying and what the party's carrying, and where they stand with the people they've met.

You get your own — the same shape, more on it, including what's said in character across the table and the ground truth behind the record.

The record on a player's phone is the record they're allowed to see. What's hidden is filtered before it leaves the server, not hidden after it arrives.

Inergy on the DM's phone: a grid of doors — Bank, Cash, Canon, Reaction, Narration, Relationships — under a Master, read-only banner.
The DM's phone. Same handset, more doors.
